Muntjiacus reevesii
Reeve’s Muntjac, approximately 25cm from tip of the nose to the tips of the antlers. These ”fanged deer” are native to Asia but were introduced to the UK where they have become a pest species and are regularly culled. A very cool little skull – here’s your opportunity to own your very own vampire deer.
This particular specimen has a tooth pathology, perhaps caused by a kick to the face when young.
